Mild weather, highs in upper 50's, lowest precipitation levels. Low snowlines and waterfalls make great photo opps.

Brown bears browsing on delta sedges.

Gray whales present on coast May and June


Humpback whales put on their show all season long.


July and August are warmer, with highs in the upper 60's. Some 80 degree weather last years.
Paddle through huge salmon schools in estuaries. Brown bears fishing on stream deltas.
